1. Customer applies through Xoxoday & receives the details in their registered email id.

2. Customers will receive the voucher details within 6-7 days after buying the voucher at Xoxoday platform.

8. In case of cancellation: The customer has to cancel at least 2 days before the selected time and date, else it will be a "No Show". In case of cancellation, Xoxoday will inform Medi Assist.
