2. Log in and select your car brand / Model. 

3. Go to the ACCOUNT section and select Subscription. 

4. Enter the Car Registration number and  click on Join Now.

5. Enter the Voucher Code[If Any] and make online Payment. 

6. Voila! you are a GoMechanic Plus subscriber now.

1. This Offer is made solely and entirely by GoMechanic to the customers of XOXO. 

2. Offer Period is from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 (Offer Period).

3. The offer is only Valid in the cities where GoMechanic provides services through its subscription. Also RSA will be provided pan India. 

4. User should not be an existing GoMechanic Plus subscriber.

5. The Offer is non-transferable, non-encashable and non-negotiable.

6. Participation in the Offer is voluntary. Customer will have to make an online Payment of INR 299 to get this offer activated. 

7. Any Customer eligible for the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, general terms and conditions of XOXO and terms and conditions of GoMechanic in relation to the Offer before availing the Offer. Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer and it is in no way concerned or connected in respect of the terms and conditions of GoMechanic. 

8. XOXO and GoMechanic reserve the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer. 

9. XOXO and GoMechanic reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Offer by another offer whether similar to this Offer or not or to extend or withdraw this Offer altogether. 

10. The Company shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by GoMechanic its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the XOXO responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer. 

11. XOXO holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by GoMechanic. Any issue or dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer must be resolved by the Customer by mailing to feedback@gomechanic.com with GoMechanic without any reference to the Bank. 

12. The decision of XOXO and GoMechanic in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons. 

13. Offer can be used only once per car registration no. and is non-cancellable. 

14. The offer is valid only on purchases done online through the Application of GoMechanic, by redemption through an exclusive link provided in how to redeem section. 

15. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts running in parallel on our website. 

16. Customers who fail to enter the coupon code or using the wrong coupon code shall not be eligible to avail the Offer. XOXO, in no way, be liable in the event the Customer fails to enter the coupon code or uses the wrong coupon code resulting in Customer becoming ineligible to avail the Offer. 

17. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits of the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and XOXO will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
