• Visit any CaratLane or Shaya store across India, or visit the CaratLane website or mobile app (iOS/Android).
• If redeeming online, log in to your account or sign up using your registered mobile number.
• Select your preferred products and add them to your cart (or choose your items at the store).
• Proceed to the billing/payment page.
• Select "Gift Card" as the payment method (for online purchases).
• Enter or present your 16-digit Gift Card number and 6-digit PIN to redeem the Gift Card.
• If your purchase value exceeds the Gift Card balance, pay the remaining amount using any other available payment method.

The Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
Redeemable on the CaratLane App, caratlane.com and Caratlane Stores.
Applicable on Diamond Jewellery and Shaya Silver Jewellery.
Not valid on 22KT gold jewellery, gold coins, gold chains, or loose diamonds.
Treated as a prepaid credit for the face value mentioned.
Gift Cards, once purchased, are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.
If an order placed using a Gift Card is returned, the refund amount will be credited back to the same Gift Card with the same validity date.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
Gift Cards are void if resold and are meant for personal, non-commercial use only.
Lost, stolen, or misused cards cannot be replaced.
CaratLane may modify or update these terms at any time; changes apply to new cards unless stated otherwise.
Use of the Gift Card is subject to CaratLane’s general Terms of Use.
In case of disputes, CaratLane’s decision is final.
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Gift Card is not a legal tender.
