1. This is a Healthians GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay and would be accepted on the website at https://www.Healthians.com/.
2. GV/e-Pay is only accepted for Pathology Services.
3. The GV/e-Pay can be used over and above discounts.
4. The beneficiary should announce the intent of using the GV/e-Pay before making a purchase.
5. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of HEALTHIANS shall be accepted for redemption.
6. Multiple GV/e-Pay can be used against one bill.
7. After conversion into e-Pay, the GV balance is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
8. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
9. Healthians/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
10. The Brand may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the GV/e-Pay.
11. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
12. This GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. HEALTHIANS may add or delete a date at their sole discretion.
13. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received; the decision of the company shall be final.
14. Healthians depends upon various third-party vendors for its technical architecture and systems. In case of an unforeseen technical issue arising due to any directly / indirectly interdependent issue that needs the intervention of a third party to reach a resolution, the TAT will be totally dependent on the responses of the third party along with their specific TATs. In such scenarios, Healthians cannot be held responsible for any issues/mishaps/losses of any kind arising from such issues and events.
