If you have purchased any non-returnable product, then you will receive this Gift Card / Gift Voucher code with pin in your registered e-mail ID the next day from the order delivery date.

Terms & Conditions

• EGV can be redeemed only at www.yatra.com.
• EGV has an expiry date. You can check that date using your EGV Credentials on https://yatra.woohoo.in/en-in/CheckBalance.
• EGV is valid for booking of Flights (Domestic/International), Hotels (Domestic), Offline Holidays (Domestic/International).
• This EGV is not applicable over the booking of Bus & Prime product.
• EGV is valid for one time redemption only.
• If a purchase is less than the value of the EGV, then customer can avail the discount maximum upto the value of the purchase only. Balance EGV amount will be forfeited.
• Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceed the EGV value).
• Two or more EGVs can’t be used in single transaction.
• EGV once expired can’t be revalidated further.
• This EGV cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by Yatra.com. No additional Discount / reduction in the price will be entertained other than the value mentioned on the EGVs.
• No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this EGV.
• In case of cancellations of booking from Yatra, where EGV is valid, amount (as applicable) will be refunded back to the EGV.
• In case of cancellations from customer end, EGV amount will be forfeited and no refund will be initiated.
• In case of cancellations, where EGV validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by EGV.
• This is for individual use only, Travel agents found using the card would lead to cancellation of booking and no refund would be made.

How To Redeem

• Visit www.yatra.com
• Please select your Flight/Hotel and fill required details till you reach the payment page.
• On payments page, Select ""Gift Voucher"" as your Payment Mode.
• Enter your Gift Card Number (16 Digit) and 6 Digit PIN.
• Click on ""Pay Now"" and pay the Balance amount (if any) using other Payment Modes listed.
